First Smile ships products to almost all areas of Pakistan. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

Delivery Timeframe:

Order received before 3 PM are shipped on the same day. Orders received after 3 PM are processed and shipped the following working day.

All shipments are dispatched via Courier Service Company. Tracking number can be shared if customer asks.

WE DO ISSUE REFUNDS ACCORDING TO THE METHOD OF PAYMENT, DESCRIBED BELOW

• Refunds in the form of a cash or exchange (Customer’s Choice)
• If you don’t like the product, take a refund, No Question Asked.
• We must be informed about your return within 72 hours of product received. Email us on (info@firstsmile.pk) or message us on our Facebook page, Instagram or WhatsApp number
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund or exchange if not informed within 72 hours
• Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include FirstSmile package slip with the return
• Returns should be received with-in 15 days
• Refund will be done through EasyPaisa, Jazz Cash or Bank Transfer, once returned items are received and approved by our Quality Department

• If you wish to exchange your item, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will exchange the item.

• All items need to be unworn, in original packing with tags attached.
• Please send the item to be exchanged back within 15 days.
• Exchanged item will be couriered as soon as the original item is received and approved by our Quality department.

• If you wish to exchange sale item, the customer has to pay all courier charges.
• Sale items are not refundable. Store credit or code will be issued. Courier Charges will be deducted.
